Actually, I am at a loss as to why I titled this blog Starting Over...Again. I am going to assume that it has something to do with a new beginning for me as a non-smoker, someone who did it cold turkey.

Certainly, it has turned my life upside down as far as my relationships go. However, I guess once I get used to this blogging thing, I can post pretty much anything about myself. I really had no idea about blog spot.

I will try it out and see how it goes. I figure that if nothing else, it will be therapeutic for me to write down my experiences.

I am just now coming out of the fog around the not smoking thingy. I will post more when I have more time.
